Secure communication platform

A client messaging channel your compliance team can defend

Your clients want the immediacy of WhatsApp. Your regulator wants the record. This platform gives you both: a branded messaging channel with text, files, voice and video, end-to-end encrypted, hosted inside the UAE, and producing a complete audit trail of every interaction.

Capabilities

Everything a client conversation needs, nothing that leaks

A branded, UAE-hosted replacement for WhatsApp and Telegram in client-facing conversations — end-to-end encrypted, fully auditable, with every message and attachment stored on infrastructure inside the Emirates.

End-to-end encrypted messaging

Text, images and documents encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Encryption keys are managed under UAE control so residency does not depend on an offshore vendor.

Encrypted voice and video

Bring calls onto the same governed channel. Sessions can be recorded, retained under policy and tied to the same conversation record as the messages around them.

Governed file exchange

Statements, contracts and KYC documents move through a channel that logs who sent what, who opened it and when — with expiry, watermarking and download control.

Verified identity on both sides

Clients authenticate into a channel that is provably yours, which removes the impersonation vector that makes a phone number a poor credential.

Immutable audit trail

Every message, call, file and read receipt is written to a tamper-evident server-side record that no participant can selectively delete — and that survives a wiped device.

Retention, legal hold and export

Retention schedules enforced centrally, legal hold applied per client or matter, and export for a named client or date range in a format a supervisor will accept.

Granular access control

Role-based permissions, least-privilege by default, four-eyes approval on sensitive actions, and full logging of who read which conversation.

Your brand, your channels

Deployed as a web widget on your site, an iOS and Android app under your own identity, or embedded into your existing customer app via SDK.

Integrated, not siloed

APIs and webhooks push conversation records into your CRM, pull client identity from your core system, and feed your archive or e-discovery tooling.

Residency by design

Where the data lives is a deployment decision you make

We do not ask you to trust a marketing claim about a region. The platform is deployed into infrastructure you can point at on a contract — and we document it so your risk function can verify rather than accept.

  • UAE regions of major cloud providers
  • UAE licensed data centres, including sovereign options
  • On-premise inside your own environment
  • Backups, logs and disaster recovery held in-country alongside production
  • Key management under UAE control, never delegated offshore

Security posture

  • TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest
  • Penetration tested before go-live and on a defined cadence after
  • Device binding and session revocation for lost or stolen handsets
  • Screenshot and forwarding controls on sensitive threads
  • Anomaly alerting on bulk export and unusual access patterns
  • Full separation between client tenants
  • Documented data retrieval and destruction on contract exit

Deployment

From kickoff to clients on the new channel

A single business line typically runs six to ten weeks. Multi-entity programmes are phased so client contact is never interrupted.

  1. Weeks 1–2 · Discovery

Channel inventory, data mapping, integration points and residency requirements agreed with your risk and compliance functions before anything is built.

  2. Weeks 2–5 · Deployment and branding

Platform stood up on your chosen UAE infrastructure, branded, configured for retention and access policy, and integrated with your core systems and CRM.

  3. Weeks 5–7 · Hardening and pilot

Penetration testing, remediation, then a pilot with one team and a controlled client group to surface the practical friction before it scales.

  4. Weeks 7–10 · Migration and closure

Staff training, client notification and migration, then decommissioning of the legacy messaging channels — with evidence documentation handed over.
